Top 10 Global ETFs To Buy and To Sell Out of All Global ETFs in the U.S.

The combined assets of the global ETFs hit an all-time high of $891B in August 2009, according to Barclays Global Investors. Assets grew 3.9% above the previous all time high. The global ETF industry had 1,773 ETFs with 3,137 listings, 95 providers on 41 exchanges at the end of August 2009.

Emerging market equity ETFs have seen the largest increase in assets growing by $51.8B YTD to reach $378.1B at the end of August. With 522 listings of which 259 are ETFs, the interest in equities in the emerging markets is increasing according to BGI, in part driven by professional investors in the Middle East.

We computed the RSIs for all global ETFs on the market. We then sorted them to generate the list of most overbought and oversold ETFs. Here it is:

The average RSI7D of these is an astronomical 80.63!
